 Haiti Fundraisers
A QUIZ night and fish and chip supper in St James Church hall on Saturday raised £686 for the Haiti Earthquake fund. The takings at the weekly coffee morning were included. David Salmon gave a vote of thanks to Scooby Snax who delivered the hot supper and gave a donation to the fund.
Lady Deputy Bernie Spurling, helped by the Ladies of the Liberty, is planning a fundraising event for victims of the Haiti earthquake on February 13 in the
YMCA hall from 10am to noon.
